These floors have often seen decades of use without refinishing and typically respond exceptionally well to a full sand-and-refinish. Chilliwack's valley climate sees wider temperature and humidity swings than coastal areas, so we use water-based finish for faster dry times and schedule sanding in the more stable mid-season months when possible.
